At PRINTHAUS, we don’t make mass-produced products.
Every item is made specifically for you once you place an order.
That means:
Changed your mind? We don’t do returns for that.
No returns for:
- Wrong size selected
- Different color than expected
- “Not my style anymore”
Why?
Because your product is made just for you and cannot be resold.
We always fix real issues
If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- There is a production defect
- You received the wrong product
What we need from you
Please email us within 14 days of delivery at:
info@printhausstudio.nl
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll take care of the rest. No hassle.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, you will receive:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund within 5–10 business days
Shipping
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days
Yes, it’s a bit slower than big retailers.
But you’re getting something made just for you.
