PRINTHAUS provides print-on-demand products made specifically for each customer.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Products

All products are made to order.

This means:

  • Each item is produced specifically after purchase
  • Minor variations in color or placement may occur
  • What you see on screen may differ slightly from the final product

We aim for accuracy, but perfection down to the pixel is not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time
  • Correct pricing errors

Orders are only processed after full payment is received.

4. Orders & Production

Once an order is placed:

  • Production begins shortly after
  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started

Please double-check your order before confirming.

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

6. Returns & Refunds

All products are made to order and are not eligible for standard returns.

However, we will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Designs
  • Images
  • Branding

Is the property of PRINTHAUS and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PRINTHAUS is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Losses resulting from misuse of products
  • Delays outside of our control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We only collect and use data necessary to:

  • Process orders
  • Improve our services
